![]() 2 weeks after this the installation guy come out and said the job isn’t completed and he’s not sure what’s gone on as no notes on the system. ![]() We then changed to virgin fibre - 2 weeks after booking, an engineer come out and noted the job as completed. After being with plusnet for the past couple of years I could never use WiFi on my mobile device despite numerous of phone calls to get it sorted, they never could. I don’t want anyone else to have to go through this farce unnecessarily. Still no internet, still no contact from them… Don’t buy anything from Sky. I had proof in my texts that I replied 13 hours after the text was sent, but it changed absolutely nothing. After that they still didn’t turn up and had the cheek to say I hadn’t replied within 48 hours so my whole case was cancelled (they also don’t inform you of this). They have only once sent me a text to say they need to rearrange and can I select a date. Over the past 3 weeks I have had 4 engineer visits scheduled and they said they need to enter the house, and not once have they turned up. Not only do they never follow up anything they promise (an engineer visit, a phone call, a call back from a manager), they never contact you to update you on the status of the repair. We have been without internet for 3 weeks. Don’t buy anything from Sky.ĪVOID AVOID AVOID.
